Cancellation & Refunding

Program Cancellation Policy In the rare event Rock The Path cancels a program for which you were registered, 100% of the tuition you have already paid for that specific program will be promptly refunded, or if you prefer, credited at 150% toward a future program.

Registration Agreement The act by you of registering for a Rock The Path program indicates your understanding, agreement and consent that Rock The Path is not responsible in whole or in part for the compensation of any travel expenses or other expenses or penalties you may incur as a result of any program cancellations. Trip insurance is recommended.

Participant Cancellation & Refund Policy Refunds for cancellations initiated by participants are based on registered program length and the number of days left before a program begins, as shown on the chart below.

Please Note: The percentage of tuition refunded is based on the actual published tuition amount for any given
program, and not on any partial tuition deposits, payments and/or balances you have made.
